Madison Citrus Nursery Shipping policy
We have made the decision to use UPS as our shipping partner of choice for all of our citrus orders. All orders ship UPS Ground by default. We ship orders on Monday and Tuesday mornings, all orders that have been submitted after Monday night may be shipped the following week.
Tracking Information:
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email or text after your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you expected to receive a tracking number and have not yet.
Damaged Packages:
If your order arrives severely damaged please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can help find a resolution. Due to the nature of the products we ship it is often possible that some damage may occur with leaves getting torn, falling off or even some small branch fractures. We expect this and recommend that you just prune that portion off which will result in a more dense branch structure which will be a benefit in the long run. However again if there is severe damage please contact us at madisoncitrusnursery@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can help.
