Madison Citrus Nursery Return / Refund Policy
If there is an issue with your order please contact us, with photos of the issue, within 24 hours of delivery. Once received, customer service will look through your order, your photos and try to make a determination on the severity of the issue and the best path forward. Per our Shipping Policy, please understand minor damage can and is expected during shipping, torn leaves, dropped leaves, minor branch damage etc.. However in the case of severe damage it is our discretion to offer a replacement or refund.
We cannot accept returns of trees due to us being a certified nursery. Once trees leave the nursery they are not able to be returned so please do not return trees to the nursery.
If a refund is approved we will refund the portion of the order we deemed refundable, to the method of payment used. It may take up to 5 days for refunds to process back to your payment method. If a replacement is approved, we will ship on the next available Monday or Tuesday as per our normal shipping schedule.
