Shipping Notice

If you live in these states we cant ship to you any time of the year:

AZ, CA, FL, HI, LA, TX Shipping Restrictions on Citrus:

If your shipping address is in AZ, CA, FL, HI, LA, TX we are unable to ship citrus trees, budwood, or citrus fruit to you.  The citrus materials restriction is due to USDA Agricultural laws.

WINTER SHIPPING NOTICE:

We are beginning our winter shipping restrictions for 2023.  Unfortunately trees directly from the greenhouse can sustain damage in transit due to freezing night time temperatures along shipping routes. 

If you live in the following states please do not place an order expecting immediate shipping:

CO, CT, DE, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, MT, ND, NE, NH, NY,  OH, OR, PA, RI, SD, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY (or any other where its under 40 at night your order is likely going to go on hold until Spring)

If you place an order from these states your order will be placed on hold, your trees will be pulled from inventory and held for you (so you do not lose a tree that is available).  Your tree will be cared for in our greenhouse with your name on it until spring when we can safely ship your order.  We respectfully ask that you do not cancel your order in the next few months while it is on hold, logistically its just a mess trying to cancel orders and move trees back to the internet area of the greenhouse.

 

AZ, FL, LA, or TX Residents Only:

If your shipping address is in AZ, FL, LA, or TX we are able to ship non citrus products such as our potting mix, fertilizers, and additional products.  As long s you do not have citrus trees, budwood, or fruit in your cart, your order should go through.

Additional Shipping Information:

  • We ship via UPS Ground
  • We currently only ship on Mondays until Spring.
  • If your order is placed after 9am on Monday it will likely ship the next week.
  • Trees may need to be topped or pruned to fit in the box.
  • Tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships, please check your spam folder if you don't see an email.
